Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Pickup will be scheduled only at the delivery address used during order placement.
Once approved, the pickup will be arranged within 2–6 working days.
After we receive your returned item and complete a quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the pickup date.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be issued as store credits only.
A ₹99 COD handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be credited to your Fashion Colours wallet — ready to use on your next purchase.
If you’ve received a damaged item or there’s a manufacturing defect:
Please share a clear unboxing video and product photos while raising your return/exchange request.
Claims for damaged or defective items cannot be processed without an unboxing video.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
