Return Process
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Pickup will be scheduled only at the delivery address used during order placement.
- Once approved, the pickup will be arranged within 2–6 working days.
- After we receive your returned item and complete a quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the pickup date.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be issued as store credits only.
A ₹99 COD handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be credited to your Fashion Colours wallet — ready to use on your next purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you’ve received a damaged item or there’s a manufacturing defect:
- Please share a clear unboxing video and product photos while raising your return/exchange request.
- Claims for damaged or defective items cannot be processed without an unboxing video.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
