At Fashion Colours, we want every shade, fit, and style you choose to feel perfect — and we’re here to make sure you love what you wear.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

If you experience any issue with the size or colour of your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same product style.

If your order includes multiple items, you may choose to exchange only the specific item you’re not satisfied with.

Please note:

• Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

• Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

• Once an exchange request has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please make sure that:

• Items are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.

• Pickup and replacement delivery will be done only at the original delivery address provided during order placement.

• Once your exchange is approved, our courier partner will collect the item within 2–3 working days.

• The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product for quality compliance.
